Terms of Use OwlTrace “as a service”

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of OwlTrace as a service, including our website, SDKs, dashboards, and related support services (collectively, the Services).

By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your API keys and credentials.

You may not share access in a way that exceeds your subscription plan or violates these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, OwlTrace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services during your subscription term.

You may use OwlTrace only for lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted in writing.

You must not use the Services to transmit unlawful content, interfere with platform integrity, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.

You retain ownership of data you submit to OwlTrace through the Services.

You authorize OwlTrace to process your data as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.

Our data handling and privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to your selected plan.

Trial access, promotional credits, and discounts may be offered at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable.

These Terms apply from first use and continue while you use the Services.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, create security risk, or use the Services unlawfully.

The Services, including all software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by OwlTrace or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwlTrace disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwlTrace and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to OwlTrace for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted on this page.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
